Abstract
IMPLEMENTATION AND TESTING OF POPULATION INFORMATION SYSTEM Mhd. Arif Yuliadi, Agus Sujarwadi, S.Kom., M.T Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. ABSTRACT The Service Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) Disdukcapil Tualang District is a service unit for population administration affairs at the Tualang sub-district level. At the UPTD Disdukcapil Tualang District there are services for managing ID cards, family cards, birth certificates and death certificates. Registration and management of KTP and KK have not used a fully computerized system, where residents have to record fingerprints and signatures by bringing all the requirements, then the resident's file is sent to the Disdukcapil of Siak Regency, so employees have to go back and forth to the Disdukcapil of Siak Regency to deliver and take documents that require approximately 3-7 days in processing to complete. Looking at the problems faced, an information system is needed to assist in the registration process to document processing. The system development stage that has been carried out includes analysis, design, implementation and testing. Analysis is useful for knowing the conditions and problems that occur. The design is done by making context diagrams, level diagrams, data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, table structures and interface designs. The implementation process is carried out using the HTML, PHP and Javascript programming languages using the Laravel framework. The testing process uses Katalon Studio and the blackbox method to test the quality and functionality of the system. It is hoped that this information system will be made so that it can become a facilitator in the process of managing and sharing information, especially the requirements and steps for managing ID cards and family cards.
