Abstract

Web-Based Wedding Organizer Ordering Information System (Case Study: Nuralia Wedding Palangkaraya) Pangesti Dwi Ramadhan, Suhirman, Ph.D Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : pangestidwi07@gmail.com, suhirman@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT Nuralia Wedding is a place of business for wedding service providers such as makeup, decorations, and wedding dowries. The location of Nuralia Wedding is in Palangkaraya, Central Kalimantan. Data collection for wedding package orders is only through receipts, so there is no recap of reports related to ordering data. Meanwhile, another problem is the difficulty for customers because reservations can only be made directly and information about event packages is difficult to obtain online. From these problems, an information system is needed that can assist in making month-end reports, as well as assisting in expanding the area of promotion and ordering wedding packages. The research method used is interview, observation, and literature study data collection techniques. The information system for ordering wedding organizer event packages is built on a web-based basis, while the system design model uses the waterfall. The programming language used is PHP with the CodeIgniter framework. Thus, the wedding organizer ordering information system can be used to provide information related to wedding packages, ordering wedding packages that can be done by customers remotely as well as convenience when making payments. The payment process uses the MidTrans payment gateway service, so there is no need for payment confirmation to upload proof of payment. In addition, the system can assist in making month-end reports with order data that has been stored in the system. Keywords: System, Wedding organizer, web base
