Abstract

Nilai merupakan kriteria atau mutu untuk menentukan baik dan buruk. Nilai hasil belajar dalam dunia pendidikan sangat penting karena dapat menentukan tingkat pengetahuan siswa terhadap suatu bidang ilmu. Pengolahan nilai yang masih konvensional dalam dunia pendidikan seperti di SMK Ma’arif 1 Yogyakarta tidak jarang menimbulkan permasalahan seperti kurang akurat, efisien dan transparan. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi pengolahan nilai siswa berbasis website dan mengetahui hasil uji sistem informasi pengolahan nilai siswa berbasis website di SMK Ma’arif 1 Yogyakarta. Sistem tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu pekerjaan guru, memudahkan siswa dalam mengecek nilai ujian tengah semester dan ujian akhir semester. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) dengan mengadaptasi model pengembangan sistem waterfall yang terdiri atas 5 tahap yaitu requirement, design, implementation, verification dan maintenance. Pada tahap pengkodean dibutuhkan beberap tools seperti bahasa pemrograman PHP, framework Boostrap, figma, Xampp dan text editor visual studio code. Sedangkan untuk pengujian sistem menggunakan pengujian SUS (System Usability Score). Pengujian SUS digunakan untuk mengetahui efektifitas dan kemudahan pengguna ketika menggunakan website. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian di peroleh skor rata-rata SUS 70 dengan klasifikasi penilaian Acceptability Ranges masuk dalam level marginal-high “dapat diterima”. Grade Scale D dan Adjective Rating OK sehingga dapat dikatakan sistem yang dibangun sudah dapat di terima dan bisa membantu pekerjaan guru dalam mengelolah nilai siswa. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Nilai, Web Score is a criterion or quality to determine whether something is good or bad. Score results in the world of education is very important because it can determine the level of student knowledge of a field of science. Conventional score processing in the world of education such as what is done at SMK Ma'arif 1 Yogyakarta often causes problems such as less accurate, efficient and transparent. The purpose of this study was to develop a website-based student score processing information system and find out the results of the website-based student score processing information system test results at SMK Ma'arif 1 Yogyakarta. The system is expected to help teachers work, make it easier for students to check mid-semester and end-semester exam scores. The type of research used is research and development or Research and Development (R&D) by adapting the waterfall system development model which consists of 5 stages, namely requirements, design, implementation, verification and maintenance. At the coding stage, several tools are needed such as the PHP programming language, the Boostrap framework, figma, Xampp and the visual studio code text editor. Meanwhile, for system testing, SUS (System Usability Score) test is used. SUS testing is used to determine the effectiveness and ease of users when using the website. Based on the test results, an average score of SUS 70 was obtained with the classification of the Acceptability Ranges assessment as being in the marginal-high level of "acceptable". Grade Scale D and Adjective Rating OK, so it can be said that the system built is acceptable and can help the teacher's work in managing student scores. Keywords: Information Systems, Values, Web
