Abstract

ABSTRACT The condition of the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in Indonesia had an impact, especially on the economic sector. Many workers are urged to continue to comply with the regulations to stay at home until the workers are laid off or laid off. With the condition of the community that occurred during this pandemic, the government provided various programs, one of which was in the form of social assistance who were experiencing economic difficulties. However, in its determination, officers have their own benchmarks so that this can lead to uneven distribution of aid. Therefore, in this study the authors built a Recommendation System for Covid-19 Social Assistance Recipients to assist officers so that they can help determine recipients of social assistance evenly. Making this system was built using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with the final result in the form of ranking the score results from the calculation of the criteria from the highest to the lowest. The author builds a recommendation system for Covid-19 social assistance recipients that can view, add, and delete community data and select priority elements of criteria to get priority weight values. It is hoped that the construction of this system can assist officers in determining the community more evenly among people in need. Keywords: AHP, Social Assistance, Covid-19
