Abstract

The purpose of the Final Project is to find out how the cash disbursement procedure for the cash inventory mechanism. The cash disbursement procedure for the cash supply mechanism carried out by the Environmental Service of Gunungkidul Regency includes the SPD Issuance Procedure, the SPP-UP Submission Procedure, the SPM-UP Issuance Procedure, the SP2D-UP Issuance Procedure according to the regulations in Permendagri No. 77 of 2020. Cash disbursement activities are most often carried out to make various kinds of payments. Inventories are advances for work in a certain amount to finance office operations which are not possible through direct payment mechanisms. The location of the observations was carried out at the Environmental Service Jl. Jogja - Wonosari No. Km 3, Siyono Wetan, Logandeng, Kec. Playen, Gunungkidul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta 55861. The method used is descriptive method. The results of the observations show that the Cash Disbursement Procedure of the Inventory Money Mechanism carried out by the Environmental Service of Gunungkidul Regency is in accordance with Permendagri No. 77 of 2020 concerning Technical Guidelines for Regional Financial Management.
