Abstract

Proyek konstruksi yang seringkali kurang diperhatikan dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi, yaitu penataan pada site layout (tata letak). Demikian halnya pada Proyek Pembangunan Apartemen Barsa City. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan optimasi pada site layout (tata letak) untuk meningkatkan kinerja dilapangan. Dengan mempertimbangkan keadaan luas lahan pada proyek Pembangunan Apartement Barsa City Yogyakarta, maka menggunakan Equal site layout, dimana kondisi saat jumlah lahan yang tersedia sama dengan jumlah ketersediaan fasilitas yang ada di proyek. Optimasi site layout menggunakan analisis Multi Objective Function yaitu analisis Travelling Distance dan analisis Safety Index. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis bentuk site facilities layout yang direncanakan pada Proyek Pembangunan Apartemen Barsa City, mengetahui site facilities layout yang paling optimal, mengetahui pengaruh perencanaan dari optimasi site layout terhadap ergonomi.Dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa Site Layout fasilitas dalam kondisi eksisting pada Proyek Pembangunan Apartemen Barsa City belum dalam kondisi yang optimal. Nilai Traveling Distance paling optimal terdapat pada Alternatif 3 sebesar 0,139855% serta nilai Safety Index paling optimal terdapat pada Alternatif 3 sebesar 0,40355%. Optimalisasi site layout berdampak terhadap ergonomic dari segi keselamatan serta kenyamanan pada pekerja. Site layout optimization using Multi Objective Function analysis, namely Traveling Distance analysis and Safety Index analysis. This study aims to determine and analyze the form of site facilities layout planned for the Barsa City Apartment Development Project, find out the most optimal site facilities layout, determine the effect of planning from site layout optimization on ergonomics. Barsa City Apartments are not yet in optimal condition. The most optimal Traveling Distance value is found in Alternative 3 of 0.139855% and the most optimal Safety Index value is found in Alternative 3 of 0.40355%. Optimization of site layout has an impact on ergonomics in terms of safety and comfort for workers. Keywords: ergonomics, equal site layout, multi objective function, optimization
