Abstract

Selo merupakan sebuah kecamatan yang terletak di kota Boyolali, memiliki potensi pariwisata alam pegunungan yang sangat baik. Lokasinya yang terletak pada kawasan wisata Agra Merapi-Merbabu menjadikannya memiliki berbagai destinasi wisata alam. Berdasarkan data dari Dinas Pariwisata dan Budaya kota Boyolali, Wisatawan yang berkunjung ke kota Boyolali terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Perilaku wisatawan di Boyolali yang cenderung memilih menginap di hotel berbintang menjadikan Boyolali berpotensi untuk dibangun sebuah penginapan resort setara bintang tiga. Kawasan wisata Selo menjadi lokasi strategis karena keberagaman destinasi wisatanya. Hal ini didukung dengan misi Bupati yaitu “Pembangunan pariwisata merupakan bagian dari industri yang berorientasi pada peningkatan investor dengan cara meningkatkan daya dukung infrastruktur untuk daya saing dan kesejahteraan rakyat”. Metode yang digunakan dalam proses perancangan resort ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Gaya Arsitektur modern diterapkan dalam proses perancangan, dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa aspek seperti gaya bangunan yang hirarki di kawasan tersebut, material yang merespon kondisi kelembaban udara, dan lain sebagainya. Kesimpulan dari proses pengumpulan dan analisis data yaitu digunakan untuk acuan dan pertimbangan dalam menentukan spesifikasi perancangan resort sebagai wisata baru, akomodasi wisatawan, dan pembangun citra kawasan wisata Selo, Boyolali. Selo, a sub-district located in Boyolali, has an outstanding mountain natural tourism potential. Its location, located in the Agra Merapi-Merbabu tourist area, makes it has a variety of natural tourist destinations. Based on data from the Department of Tourism and Culture of the city of Boyolali, tourists visiting the city of Boyolali continue to increase every year. The behavior of tourists in Boyolali who choose to stay in five-star hotels gives Boyolali the potential to build a three-star resort inn. The Selo tourist area is a strategic location because of the diversity of its tourist destinations. The Regent's mission supports this: "Tourism development is part of an industry-oriented towards increasing investors by increasing the carrying capacity of infrastructure for competitiveness and people's welfare." The method used in the design process of this resort is a qualitative method by collecting data through observation, interviews, and literature studies. Modern architectural styles are applied in the design process, considering several aspects such as the hierarchical building style in the area, materials that respond to humidity conditions, and so on. The conclusion from the data collection and analysis process is that it is used for reference and consideration in determining the specifications for the design of the resort as a new tourist, tourist accommodation, and image builder of the Selo tourist area, Boyolali.
