Abstract

Sistem informasi desa sebagai sarana penyebaran informasi dan pelayanan masyarakat. Pada Desa Kalikebo Kecamatan Trucuk Kabupaten Klaten, masyarakat masih menggunakan metode manual dalam pencarian informasi dan pelayanan fasilitas desa. Kurangnya media membuat masyarakat menjadi kesusahan dalam mencari informasi begitu juga pihak kelurahan yang sulit menyampaikan informasi kepada masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sistem informasi desa sebagai sarana pelayanan masyarakat. Sistem informasi desa berbasis web ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode waterfall dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementation, testing, maintenance. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sebuah sistem informasi desa sebagai sarana pelayanan masyarakat dengan fitur profil desa, reservasi fasilitas desa, sarana publikasi UMKM, dan media usulan masyarakat. Hasil dari pengujian sistem ini menunjukkan bahwa semua fitur yang ada bisa berfungsi sesuai dengan yang diinginkan. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem ini sistem ini layak untuk digunakan. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi desa, Website, Pelayanan Masyarakat Village information system as a means of disseminating information and community services. In Kalikebo Village, Trucuk District, Klaten Regency, the community still uses the manual method in finding information and providing village facility services. The lack of media makes it difficult for the community to find information as well as the village which has difficulty conveying information to the public. The purpose of this research is to develop a village information system as a means of community service. This web-based village information system was developed using the waterfall method with stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, maintenance. The results of this study are in the form of a village information system as a means of community service with village profile features, reservation of village facilities, MSME publication facilities, and community proposal media. The results of testing this system indicate that all existing features can function as desired. So it can be concluded that this system is feasible to use.
