Abstract
Perkembangan industri kreatif di Indonesia dapat dikatakan berkembang cukup pesat, diantaranya sektor desain komunikasi visual, fotografi dan film, animasi dan video. Akan tetapi, data tersebut berbanding terbalik di Kota Samarinda karena perkembangannya tidak sebagus data yang ada di Indonesia karena kendala sumber daya manusia dan fasilitas. Perancangan Multimedia Creative space di Kota Samarida dengan pendekatan Adaptive architecture bertujuan menciptakan fasilitas pengembangan industri kreatif dibidang multimedia mencakup pelatihan, penjualan dan sebagai wadah pelaku kreatif mengembangkan jenis bisnis mereka, serta membuat bangunan sebagai bangunan baru di Kota Samarinda dengan pendekatan Adaptive architecture yang diharapkan mencerminkan sebuah bangunan kreatif yang dapat menarik masyarakat untuk datang dan berkunjung ke dalam bangunan dan belajar tentang industri kreatif dibidang multimedia yang ada di Multimedia Creative space Kota Samarinda. Kesimpulan dari perancangan ini adalah menyediakan fasilitas untuk masyarakat Kota Samarinda untuk belajar dan juga membuat produk kreatif, serta mengembangkan produk tersebut dalam sektor komersial/bisnis untuk meningkatkan nilai industri kreatif dibidang multimedia yang ada di Kota Samarinda. The development of the creative industry in Indonesia can be said to be growing quite rapidly, including the visual communication design sector, photography and film, animation and video. However, the data is inversely proportional in Samarinda City because the development is not as good as the data in Indonesia due to human resource and facility constraints. The design of Multimedia Creative space in Samarinda City with an Adaptive architecture approach aims to create creative industry development facilities in the multimedia sector, including training, sales and as a forum for creative actors to develop their type of business, as well as to make buildings as new buildings in Samarinda City with an Adaptive architecture approach which is expected to reflect a creative building. This arrangement can attract people to come and visit the building and learn about the creative industry in the multimedia field in the Multimedia Creative space of Samarinda City. The conclusion of this design is to provide facilities for the people of Samarinda City to learn and make innovative products and develop these products in the commercial/business sector to increase the value of the creative industry in the multimedia field Samarinda City.
