Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara berkembang yang tidak lepas dari pembangunan dan pengembangan bidang, salah satunya adalah pembangunan dan pengembangan sektor usaha konstruksi. Dalam upaya untuk mengatur atau memanajemen penggunaan sumberdaya manusia agar realistis. Maka seorang kontraktor pelaksanaan harus mengetahui tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja. Produktivitas pekerja sebagai suatu ukuran apakah proyek dilaksanakan secara efektif atau tidak, mutlak untuk diperhatikan kecenderungan yang terjadi penggunaan alat teknologi yang sama antara satu kontraktor dan kontraktor lainnya. Yang membuat faktor produktivitas ini menjadi faktor penting untuk meningkatkan daya saing pada kontraktor tersebut. Dalam tugas akhir ini, penulis akan menganalisa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja Untuk Mengetahui level kinerja pada bangunan.proyek yang dianalisa yaitu proyek Pembangunan Gedung P3i UGM. Berdasarkan hasil analisis software SPSS V.22 didapatkan hasil produktivitas kerja pada tenaga tukang beton aktual dan produktivitas tenaga kerja tukang beton pada SNI 2016. Dimana dapat di lihat bahwa produktivitas tenaga kerja aktual lebih besar dari pada tenaga kerja SNI 2016. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja tukang beton diantaranya umur, upah, pengalaman, motivasi dan cuaca. Nilai upah pekerja tertinggi yang dihasilkan yaitu Rp9.570.944 untuk Pekerjaan pembesian kolom2,3,4. Rp3.268.092 untuk Pekerjaan pembesian balok 2,3, dan Rp3.363.237 untuk Pekerjaan pemasangan bekisting 2,3,4. In this final project, the author will analyze the factors that affect labor productivity to determine the level of performance in the building. The project being analyzed is the UGM P3i Building Construction project. Based on the results of the SPSS V.22 software analysis, the actual work productivity of the concrete masons and the productivity of the concrete masons in SNI 2016. It can be seen that the actual labor productivity is greater than the SNI 2016 workforce. Factors that influence The productivity of concrete masons include age, wages, experience, motivation, and weather. The highest worker wages produced are 9.570,944 IDR for columns 2,3,4 ironwork. 3.268.092 IDR for 2,3,4 beam reinforcement work, and 3.363.237 IDR for 2,3,4 formwork installation work.
