Abstract
ABSTRAK Pandemi covid- 19 yang terjadi di awal tahun 2020 memiliki dampak yang cukup besar terutama di sektor pariwisata. Desa Wisata Lor Sambi termasuk salah satu yang terdampak pandemi covid-19. Perubahan perilaku memaksa semua lapisan masyarakat merubah tatanan hidup atau yang disebut era New Normal. Permasalahan yang akan menjadi fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya penurunan jumlah dan minat kunjungan wisatawan serta menurunnya pendapatan masyarakat sekitar selama masa pandemi Covid-19 di Desa Wisata Lor Sambi. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji strategi pemulihan Desa Wisata Lor Sambi di masa New Normal. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling snowball kepada 4 informan. Analisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan perumusan strategi dilakukan dengan analisis SWOT.Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Desa Wisata Lor Sambi mempunyai potensi alam yang mendukung dan menunjang karena desa wisata tersebut sering dikunjungi oleh wisatawan untuk wisata camping atau sekedar menikmati alam. Permasalahan Desa Wisata Lor Sambi adalah sudah kehilangan dan kerugian mulai dari wisatawan, pemasukkan, aset desa dan beberapa karyawan. Adanya kebijakan lockdown dan social distancing menjadi peluang dan tantangan di Desa Wisata Lor Sambi karena wisatawan selama lockdown banyak yang mencari kegiatan berwisata nuansa alam. Terdapat empat strategi yang dihasilkan untuk mengatasi persoalan pengembangan desa wisata Lor Sambi dalam era New Normal meliputi 1) mengoptimalkan peningkatan citra dan branding image Desa Wisata Lor Sambi agar tetap menjadi pilihan tujuan destinasi wisata era New Normal, 2) meningkatkan kapasitas SDM pelaku pariwisata dalam penggunaan sarana teknologi digital dalam menunjang kepariwisataan masa pandemi Covid-19, 3) mengubah tren pariwisata menjadi wisata berbasis teknologi dalam hal pemasaran produk dan pengelolaan kepariwisataan, dan 4) menjalin kerja sama dengan pihak swasta maupun pemerintah daerah dalam menyediakan sarana dan prasarana penujang aktivitas pariwisata di masa pandemi Covid-19. Lor Sambi Tourism Village is one of those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Changes in behaviour force all levels of society to change the order of life or what is called the New Normal era. The problem that will be the focus of this research is a decrease in the number and interest of tourist visits and a decrease in the income of the surrounding community during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Lor Sambi Tourism Village. The purpose of this study was to examine the recovery strategy of the Lor Sambi Tourism Village in the New Normal period.The research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data collection technique used a snowball sampling technique for 4 informants. The analysis uses descriptive qualitative analysis techniques and strategy formulation is carried out by SWOT analysis.Research shows that the Lor Sambi Tourism Village has natural potential that supports it because the tourist village is often visited by tourists for camping tours or just enjoying nature. The problem is Lor Sambi Tourism Village have been losses and losses ranging from tourists, income, village assets, and several employees. The existence of a lockdown and social distancing policy is an opportunity and a challenge in the Lor Sambi Tourism Village since many tourists during the lockdown are looking for natural nuanced tourism activities. There are four strategies produced to overcome the problem of developing the Lor Sambi tourist village in the New Normal era including 1) optimizing image enhancement and branding the image of Lor Sambi Tourism Village so that it remains the choice of tourist destination in the New Normal era, 2) increasing the capacity of tourism actors in the use of human resources. digital technology facilities in supporting tourism during the Covid-19 pandemic, 3) changing tourism trends into technology-based tourism in terms of product marketing and tourism management, and 4) collaborating with private parties and local governments in providing facilities and infrastructure to support tourism activities in Indonesia during Covid-19 pandemic era.
