Abstract

ANALISIS PRODUKTIVITAS PRODUKSI KAIN BATIK MENGGUNAKAN METODE OMAX (OBJECTIVE MATRIX) DI BATIK BERKAH LESTARI Florensia Rupang Sappa 1, Ari Zaqi Al-Faritsy 2 1,Program Studi Teknik Industri, Fakultas Sains & Teknologi Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta ABSTRAK Batik Berkah Lestari adalah salah satu usaha mikro yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan batik tulis, batik berkah lestari telah berdiri dari tahun 2007 yang didirikan oleh Ibu Erni Purnawati, Batik Berkah Lestari ini berusaha melakukan pertahanan dalam menghadapi persaingan yang kompetitif. Hasil produksi Batik Berkah Lestari pada tahun 2020 mengalami penururunan dibanding tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Berdasarkan data yang didapatkan dari Batik Berkah Lestari jumlah produksi dari bulan Januari 2020 – Desember 2020 ialah 300 Pcs. Pada penelitan digunakan metode Objectives Matrix (OMAX) untuk menganalisis factor apa yang mempengaruhi penurunan produktivitas. Dari hasil pengolahan data didapatkan hasil bahwa Batik Berkah Lestari masih belum produktif hasil pengukuran pada kriteria tenaga kerja yaitu mencapai 100% yang berada pada level 10 setiapa bulannya selama tahun 2020, pada kriteria Listrik didapatkan hasil ada beberapa bulan yang belum produktif yaitu bulan Juni 0,00014, Juli 0,0001, Agustus 0,00014, September 0,0002, November 0,00014, dan Desember 0,0002 yang kemudian dilakukan pengukuran lagi mendapat nilai level 0, selanjutnya pada kriteria Jam Kerja didapatkan ada beberapa bulan yang tidak produktif yang ketika dilakukan pengukuran antar jam kerja dan jumlah produksi didapatkan hasil bulan Juni 0,055, Juli 0,027, Agustus 0,055, September 0,083, November 0,055, dan Desember 0,083 yang berada pada level 0, dan yang terakhir kriteria bahan baku pada bulan Desember terjadi kelebihan bahan baku dengan hasil pengukuran yaitu 1,30435 yang berada pada level 0. Kemudian peneliti memberikan usulan menggunakan 5W 1H. Batik Berkah Lestari has been established since 2007 and was founded by Mrs. Erni Purnawati. Batik Berkah Lestari is trying to do defense in the face of competitive competition. The production of Batik Berkah Lestari in 2020 decreased compared to previous years. Based on data obtained from Batik Berkah Lestari, the number of production from January 2020 - December 2020 is 300 Pcs. In this research, the Objectives Matrix (OMAX) method is used to analyze what factors affect the decline in productivity. From the results of data processing, it is found that Batik Berkah Lestari is still not productive. The measurement results on the labor criteria are reaching 100% which is at level 10 every month during 2020, on the Electricity criteria the results are that there are several months that have not been productive, namely June 0.00014, July 0.0001, August 0.00014, September 0.0002, November 0.00014, and December 0.0002 which were then measured again got a level value of 0, then on the Working Hours criteria it was found that there were several unproductive months which when measured between working hours and the amount of production obtained the results in June 0.055, July 0.027, August 0.055, September 0.083, November 0.055, and December 0.083 which are at level 0, and the last criterion is raw materials in December there is an excess of raw materials with measurement results of 1.30435 which is at level 0.
