Abstract

Yogyakarta 55164, Indonesia Email: akhmadw138@gmail.com1, suseno@uty.ac.id2 Abstrak PT Aneka Adhilogam Karya merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang manufaktur pengecoran logam, khususnya produksi sambungan pipa bertekanan tinggi. Pada PT Aneka Adhilogam belum menggunakan sistem peramalan dalam proses perencanaan produksi namun lebih cenderung menggunakan sistem make to order. Penggunaan sistem produksi tersebut menyebabkan perencanaan produksi sulit untuk diprediksikan. Hal ini dikarenakan permintaan pasar yang cenderung tidak stabil, efek dari perubahan permintaan pasar lebih ke sisa persediaan bahan baku yang berlebih yang berpengaruh pada segi biaya. Stockhastic adalah sebuah metode pengumpulan data masa lalu. Metode ini mencakup berbagai faktor yang saling berhubungan yaitu simpangan baku, kebutuhan bahan baku, jumlah pembelian optimal, kebutuhan selama lead time, safety stock, re-order point, dan perhitungan total biaya. Hasil dari perhitungan biaya besi cor dan besi scrap menggunakan metode stockhastic dengan tiga skenario, hasil skenario satu Rp3.170.166.460, skenario dua Rp3.110.483.872, skenario tiga Rp3.228.736.922. Sehingga perusahaan perlu menentukan titik pemesanan kembali untuk menghindari resiko lebihnya bahan baku sehingga dapat mengurangi biaya untuk bahan baku. Yogyakarta 55164, Indonesia Email: akhmadw138@gmail.com1, suseno@uty.ac.id2 Abstract PT Aneka Adhilogam Karya is a company engaged in manufacturing metal castings, especially the production of high pressure pipe joints. At PT Aneka Adhilogam, they have not used a forecasting system in the production planning process but tend to use a make to order system. The use of this production system makes production planning difficult to predict. This is because market demand tends to be unstable, the effect of changes in market demand is more on the excess supply of raw materials which affects costs. Stochastic is a method of collecting past data. This method includes various interrelated factors, namely standard deviation, raw material requirements, optimal purchase amount, requirements during lead time, safety stock, re-order point, and total cost calculation. The results of the calculation of the cost of cast iron and scrap iron using the stochastic method with three scenarios, the results of scenario one Rp.3.170.166.460, scenario two Rp.3.110.483.872, scenario three Rp.3.228.736.922. So the company needs to determine the reorder point to avoid the risk of excess raw materials so as to reduce costs for raw materials. Keywords: Control, Raw Materials, Stockhastic.
