Abstract

Bekisting (formwork) adalah suatu konstruksi yang bersifat sementara, berfungsi untuk memberi bentuk sebuah konstruksi beton betulang dan sebagai pemikul beton hingga konstruksi cukup kuat untuk dapat memikul beton itu sendiri. Karena pekerjaan bekisting dilakukan berulang-ulang pada bangunan bertingkat maka akan membutuhkan biaya yang besar. Pemilihan jenis material yang digunakan juga sangat berpengaruh pada biaya pekerjaan bekisting, terutama untuk bekisting kolom dan balok yang memerlukan bekisting dengan luasan yang besar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui perbandingan biaya bekisting antara bahan multiplek dan tegofilm serta mengetahui bekisting mana yang cocok dalam proyek pembangunan gedung Rumah Sakit Prima Sehat Pekalongan. Penelitian dilakukan sesuai dengan langkah-langkah yang sistematis dengan menggunakan data yang diperoleh saat melakukan observasi dilapangan langsung. Hasil perbandingan didapat dari analisa harga satuan dikalikan dengan luas daerah pekerjaan bekisting kolom dan balok. Masing-masing bahan bekisting digunakan lebih dari satu kali, sehingga perlu dihitung biaya penurunan setiap pemakaian yang menjadi faktor pembeda biaya setiap pemakaian. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan kebutuhan volume bekisting untuk kolom dari lantai 1 sampai lantai atap (roof top) sebesar 1743,82 m² dan volume untuk balok sebesar 2877,02 m². Untuk pekerjaan bekisting kolom dan balok menggunakan multipleks biasa dengan penggunaan kembali material sebanyak 2 kali didapatkan hasil sebesar Rp 3.039.096.523 sedangkan untuk pekerjaan bekisting pelat dan balok menggunakan material tegofilm membutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp 3.229.877.427 sehingga didapatkan selisih biaya sebesar Rp. 190.780.904 atau apabila dikonversikan dalam persen yaitu biaya bekisting tegofilm lebih mahal sebesar 6,27 % dibandingkan multiplek biasa. Because the formwork work is done repeatedly on high-rise buildings, it will require money. The type of material used is also very influential on the cost of the formwork, especially for column and beam formwork which requires formwork with a large area. This study aims to compare the cost of formwork between multiplex and Tego film materials and find out which formwork is suitable for the construction project of the Prima Sehat Hospital in Pekalongan. The research was carried out following systematic steps using data obtained during direct field observations. The comparison results are obtained from the unit price analysis multiplied by the column and beam formwork work area. Each formwork material is used more than once, so it is necessary to calculate the cost of reducing each use which is a differentiating factor for the cost of each use. The analysis results found that the volume requirement of formwork for columns from the 1st floor to the rooftop was 1743.82 m², and the volume for beams was 2877.02 m². For column and beam formwork using ordinary multiplex with material reuse two times, the result is Rp. 3,039,096,523, while slab and beam formwork using Tego film material costs Rp. 3,229,877,427 The difference in costs is Rp. 190,780,904, or when converted in percent, the cost of Tego film formwork is 6.27% more expensive than ordinary multiplex.
