Abstract

Studi ini mengambil lokasi di Daerah Irigasi Bendung Tegal yang terletak di Desa Kebonagung, Kecamatan Imogiri, Kabupaten Bantul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi yang kemudian data diolah. Dari hasil perhitungan tersebut, ketersediaan sumber daya air yang ada dianaisis dan diinterprestasikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) untuk mengevaluasi kemampuan debit yang tersedia dilokasi penelitian, sehingga pengembangan jaringan irigasi dapat dilakukan. (2) untuk mengetahui imbangan air irigasi pada bendung Tegal. (3) Untuk mengetahui neraca air Bendung Tegal setelah dikembangkan. Hasil dari data ketersediaan air periode setengah bulanan, maka besarnya debit andalan 80% yang terjadi cukup bervariasi, dimana debit terbesar terjadi pada bulan Februari Periode II yaitu sebesar 3,55 m3/dt, dan debit terkecil terjadi pada bulan Oktober Periode II yaitu sebesar 0,16 m3/dt. Dari hasil antara debit andalan dan kebutuhan air terhadap luas areal yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi areal irigasi, yaitu kondisi pada Musim Tanam I mengalami defisit pada bulan November periode I sebesar -0,96 m3/dt, bulan November periode II sebesar -0,61 m3/dt, dan bulan Desember periode I sebesar -0,01 m3/dt. Pada Musim Tanam II tidak terdapat yang mengalami defisit pada. Pada Musim Tanam III juga mengalami defisit pada bulan September periode I sebesar -0,08 m3/dt, bulan September periode II sebesar -0,30 m3/dt, bulan Oktober periode I sebesar -0,26 m3/dt, dan bulan Oktober periode II sebesar -0,21 m3/dt. Dari perhitungan Neraca Air setelah dilakukan pengembangan dengan cara membagi waktu penanaman menjadi 2 golongan, pada Musim Tanam I mengalami defisit pada bulan November I sebesar -0.20 m3/dt, Musim Tanam II seluruh kondisinya surplus. Sedangkan Musim Tanam III juga mengalami defisit pada bulan September I sebesar -0,06 m3/dt dan bulan September II sebesar -0,14 m3/dt. Hasil ini masih lebih baik jika dibandingkan dengan kondisi sebelum dilakukan penggolongan dimana masih terdapat 7 periode yang defisit. The results of the water availability data for the semi-monthly period show that the magnitude of the 80% mainstay discharge is quite varied, where the most significant discharge occurred in February Period II, which was 3.55 m3/sec. The minor discharge occurred in October Period II, 0. ,16 m3/s. From the results between the mainstay discharge and water demand on the area that can be developed into irrigation areas, namely conditions in the First Planting Season experienced a deficit in November period I of -0.96 m3/sec, in November period II of -0.61 m3 /s, and in December period I, it was -0.01 m3/s. In Planting Season II, no one experienced a deficit during the Third Planting Season, and there was also a deficit in September period I of -0.08 m3/s, September period II of -0.30 m3/s, October period I of -0.26 m3/s, and October period II of -0.21 m3/s. From the calculation of the Water Balance after the development was carried out by dividing the time of planting into two groups, in the First Planting Season, there was a deficit in November I of -0.20 m3/sec, the entire Planting Season II had a surplus. Meanwhile, Planting Season III also experienced a deficit in September I of -0.06 m3/s and in September II of -0.14 m3/s.
