Abstract

Make-up in general can be interpreted as the art of changing facial appearance to be more perfect and make-up in theater has a more specific meaning, namely the art of changing faces to describe the character of the characters. Meanwhile, facial make-up has the function of changing a more beautiful and perfect direction by correcting the shape of the face. Based on the above understanding, facial cosmetology is the science that studies the art of applying makeup to display self-beauty using cosmetics that can cover up flaws on the face and accentuate the advantages on the face so that perfect beauty is achieved. The business process carried out at Elis Salon is in selecting packages according to the wishes of the customer. The payment process is via bank transfer after placing an order, then proof of payment is sent to the salon owner. The purpose of this research is to build a Web-based application for ordering facial and hair makeup. There are implementation stages used in designing the rental system, namely: data collection, interviews, observation, analysis and design, program development and program testing. Ordering system for face and hair make-up can help with marketing on the Elis Salon website with a test result of 72.8%.
