Abstract

Implementation of Warehouse Management Information System (Case Study: Agung Mebel) Alung Irani, Umar Zaky, S.Kom, M.Cs Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology, University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : alungirani2000@gmail.com, umarzaky@gmail.com, ABSTRACT Agung Mebel is engaged in the manufacture of goods originating from wood. In making sales, Agung Mebel has two ways of making purchases, which can be done by buying finished goods or ordering as desired. Agung Mebel has problems that until now in collecting data on incoming materials, requests for materials, materials out, finished products coming in, product requests, and finished products coming out they still don't use the system, where data that comes in and out every day is not immediately recorded at that time . This can hinder managers, because sometimes mistakes occur in data collection. Given these problems, the goal to be achieved is to produce a warehouse management information system that is intended for the data collection process for incoming materials, material requests, outgoing materials, incoming finished products, product requests and outgoing finished products. Data collection is carried out with the aim of knowing the stock in real time. The research method used is interview and observation. The method used in this design is waterfall. The results of system testing are that there are 24 system tests carried out with 65 test scenarios. Of the 65 test scenarios, 57 tests were successful and 8 tests were unsuccessful. The percentage of success achieved from the 24 system scenarios that was carried out reached 87%. Keywords: Warehouse Management, Agung Mebel, Web.
