Abstract

ABSTRAK Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja menjadi salah satu hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan oleh perusahaan sebagaimana tertuang dalam undang-undang nomor 1 tahun 1970. Untuk meminimalisir kerugian akibat kecelakaan kerja perlu diterapkan SMK3 agar kecelakaan dapat dikendalikan dengan baik agar tidak terjadi kecelakaan kerja. Permasalahan pada penelitian ini dari aspek keselamatan kerja, kecelakaan kerja di PT Gema Nusa Pertiwi sebanyak 11 kali kecelakaan dalam proses produksi yang sedang dikerjakan selama tahun 2022 Hilangnya waktu kerja sebesar 68.75 jam per sejuta orang kerja membuat produktivitas menurun. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode Job Safety Analysis (JSA) untuk mencatat aktivitas pekerjaan dan menganalisis potensi risiko kecelakaan kerja, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi mode kegagalan terhadap penyebab kecelakaan kerja. Hasil dari pengolahan data menggunakan metode JSA ditemukan 15 potensi risiko kecelakaan kerja. Dari hasil pengolahan data menggunakan metode FMEA penyebab kecelakaan kerja pada periode sebelumnya didapatkan nilai RPN terbesar berdasarkan perhitungan FMEA adalah cidera otot atau 〖FM〗_1 〖FM〗_2 〖FM〗_7 dengan nilai RPN sebesar 25. Penelitian ini diharapkan bisa membantu perusahaan dalam meningkatkan tingkat keselamatan dan kesehatan pekerja dan meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan. GEMA NUSA PERTIWI) ABSTRACT Occupational Health and Safety is one of the crucial matters that need to be considered by companies, as stated in Statute No. 1 of 1970. It is necessary to apply SMK3 to minimize losses due to work accidents so that accidents can be appropriately controlled and work accidents do not occur. The problem in this study is the work safety aspect. Work accidents at PT Gema Nusa Pertiwi are 11 times accidents in the production process that are being carried out during 2022. The working time loss of 68.75 hours per million workers causes productivity to decrease. The data collection method uses the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method to record work activities and analyze potential risks of work accidents. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) is used to identify failure modes for the causes of work accidents. The data processing results using the JSA method found 15 potential risks of work accidents. From the effects of data processing using the FMEA method that caused work accidents in the previous period, the enormous RPN value based on FMEA calculations was muscle injury or 〖FM〗_1 〖FM〗_2 〖FM〗_7 with a 25 RPN value.
