Abstract
ABSTRAK PT. XYZ yaitu perusahaan industri logam yang memproduksi sambungan pipa air minum dengan spesifikasi besi tuang kelabu dan besi cor bergrafit bulat. Permasalahan yang ada pada PT.XYZ masih kurang penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja setiap proses area lantai produksi dengan tujuan penelitian menganalisis potensi bahaya, mengetahui penilaian level risiko, dan rekomendasi pengendalian. Dilakukan perhitungan metode HIRA terdapat 3 kategori risiko penilaian risiko kecelakaan kerja dengan kategori risiko tinggi berjumlah 10 dengan presentase 41,66%, kategori risiko sedang berjumlah 12 dengan presentase 50 % dan kategori risiko rendah berjumlah 2 dengan presentase 8,33%. Metode JSA hasil dari perhitungan KPI dengan kategori risiko rendah dengan rentang 0 sampai 2,33, kategori risiko sedang dengan rentang 2,33 sampai 4,66, kategori risiko tinggi dengan rentang lebih dari 5,25. Perhitungan Uji T-Test di dapatkan nilai perbedaan sebelum rekomendasi pengendalian dan sesudah rekomendasi pengendalian sebesar 7,875 dan nilai t adalah sebesar 7,814 dengan mendapatkan nilai p-value yaitu sebesar 0,00 sehingga kurang dari nilai alpha sebesar 0,05. ABSTRACT PT. XYZ is a metal industry company that produces drinking water pipe joints with specifications of gray cast iron and round graphite cast iron. Problems occur at PT. XYZ which still does not implement occupational safety and health in every process on the production floor area. This research aims to analyze potential hazards, determine the level of risk assessment, and control recommendations. The HIRA method was calculated for 3 risk categories for occupational accident risk assessment with 10 high risk categories with a percentage of 41.66%, 12 moderate risk categories with a percentage of 50% and 2 low risk categories with a percentage of 8.33%. The JSA method results from calculating KPIs for low risk categories with a range of 0 to 2.33, medium risk categories with a range of 2.33 to 4.66, high risk categories with a range of more than 5.25. From the calculation of the T-Test test, the difference value before the control recommendation and after the control recommendation is 7.875 and the t value is 7.814 by obtaining a p-value of 0.00 so it is less than the alpha value of 0.05.
