Abstract

ABSTRAK PT Aneka Adhilogam Karya merupakan perusahaan yang terletak di Jl. Kop. Batur Jaya, Batur, Tegalrejo, Kec. Ceper, Kab. Klaten, Jawa Tengah 57465. Perusahaan tersebut merupakan pabrikasi/manufaktur industri pengecoran logam khususnya produsen perlengkapan sambungan pipa air minum/fluida sejenisnya bertekanan dan produsen komponen tata drainase. Salah satunya adalah produk Gibol, permasalahan pada perusahaan ini yaitu masih banyak terdapat jumlah produk cacat dan gagal (reject) ketika dalam proses produksinya. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari PT Aneka Adhilogam Karya menunjukan banyaknya kecacatan produk yang terjadi, tepatnya pada tahun 2022 dengan total jumlah repair sebanyak 121 produk cacat, yaitu dengan kategori kropos total defect 20, rantap total defect 34, tidak utuh defect 41, tabet total defect 26. Dengan adanya kecacatan produk yang terjadi maka diperlukan pengendalian kualitas yaitu dengan menggunakan metode New Seven Tools. Dengan menggunakan 7 (Tujuh) langkah pengolahan data diantaranya adalah Affinifty Diagram, Relation Ship Diagram, Tree Diagram, Matrix Diagram, Matrix Data Analysis, Arrow Diagram, dan Prosess Decision Program Chart. Mendapatkan beberapa permasalahan yaitu pada kategori faktor manusia operator tidak bekerja sesuai dengan SOP, operator lalai, kurangnya komunikasi. Kategroi metode yaitu rancangan pola cetakan, komposisi material logam, proses peleburan, proses proses penuangan, susunan saluran masuk dan saluran penambah. Kategori lingkungan yaitu debu yang beterbangan, area pekerja yang bising, area pekerja yang panas. Kategori mesin yaitu terjadinya masalah paa mesin peleburan, kurangnya perawatan mesin. Dengan dilakukanya pengolahan data mendapatkan hasil pengendalian yaitu dengan meningkatkan peforma mesin, meningkatkan kinerja sumber daya manusia dan metode, memperbaiki lingkungan, perawatan mesin, mengganti tools dengan yang baru, melakukan training operator, penambahan blower. Kata Kunci: Cacat Produk, Gibol, Kualitas, New Seven Tools ABSTRACT PT Aneka Adhilogam Karya is a company located on Jl. header Batur Jaya, Batur, Tegalrejo, Kec. Ceper, Kab. Klaten, Central Java 57465. The company is a metal casting industry manufacturing/manufacturing, specifically a manufacturer of pipe connection equipment for drinking water/pressurized similar fluids and a manufacturer of drainage system components. One of them is the Gibol product, the problem with this company is that there are still a large number of defective and rejected products during the production process. Based on data obtained from PT Aneka Adhilogam Karya, it shows that there are many product defects that occur, to be precise in 2022 with a total number of repairs of 121 defective products with a total defect category of 20 hollow, 34 total defective defects, 41 incomplete defects, 26 total defect tabets. With product defects that occur, quality control is needed, namely by using the New Seven Tools method. By using 7 (Seven) data processing steps including Affinity Diagrams, Ship Relationship Diagrams, Tree Diagrams, Matrix Diagrams, Matrix Data Analysis, Arrow Diagrams, and Process Decision Program Charts. Get some problems, namely in the category of human factors the operator does not work according to the SOP, the operator is negligent, lack of communication. The method categories are mold pattern design, metal material composition, smelting process, pouring process, inlet and riser channel arrangement. The environmental categories are flying dust, noisy work areas, hot work areas. Machine category, namely the occurrence of problems with smelting machines, lack of machine maintenance. By doing data processing to get control results, namely by increasing machine performance, improving human resource performance and methods, improving the environment, maintaining machines, replacing tools with new ones, conducting operator training, adding blowers.
