The Smart Village concept is measured by monitoring the performance of village resource management to be more efficient in involving the community. Before 2012, Kalurahan Dlingo itself was a disadvantaged village in the Bantul Regency area, with one big problem, namely zero government. This is reflected in the poor performance of village officials and the very long provision of public services to the community. The purpose of the research entitled "Stages of Smart Village Implementation Development in Kalurahan Dlingo, Kapanewon Dlingo, Bantul Regency in 2016-2022" is to describe the various stages of Smart Village development since the development of the concept began to be actively implemented until the research period was carried out. This research uses qualitative methods, namely research methods that produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken language of people and observed behavior (Huda et al., 2020). The results of identifying the stages of development of Smart Village implementation in Dlingo Village using interviews show that in fulfilling the smart village indicators, namely Smart Governace, Smart Living, and Smart Economy of Dlingo Village, they have been able to optimally meet these three indicators, but there are several obstacles in various sectors. Based on the results of the identification of these indicators, it shows that Dlingo Village can be categorized into smart villages Keywords : Smart Village, Implementation, Development, Kalurahan Dlingo
