Abstract
SMK Ma’arif 1 Yogyakarta memiliki sebuah kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pengelolaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yaitu belum terpublikasinya informasi mengenai presensi ekstrakurikuler, proses pendaftaran ekstrakurikuler, pencatatan presensi data nilai, prestasi dan informasi lomba ekstrakurikuler belum dilakukan secara terkomputerisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memperbaiki atau upgrading sistem informasi ekstrakurikuler dan prestasi yang dapat melakukan pendaftaran ekstrakurikuler secara online, pencatatan presensi, nilai serta data prestasi siswa ekstrakurikuler dan menyampaikan terkait lomba. Sistem informasi ekstrakurikuler dan presensi pada SMK Ma’arif 1 Yogyakarta menggunakan metode penelitian Reasearch and Development (R&D) dengan model waterfall, dan untuk teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan studi literatur. Sistem informasi ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan database server MySQL. Metode pengujian menggunakan pengujian ISO 25010 functional suitability dan usability. Hasil pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan functional suitability yang dikatakan sistem berjalan dengan baik tanpa ada eror dan hasil pengujian usability memperoleh presentase sejumlah 92,8%, maka dapat disimpulkan sistem informasi esktrakurikuler dan prestasi memperoleh kategori sangat layak untuk digunakan. SMK Ma'arif 1 Yogyakarta has an extracurricular activity. There are several obstacles in the management of extracurricular activities, namely that information regarding extracurricular attendance has not yet been published, the extracurricular registration process, recording of presence of value data, achievements and information on extracurricular competitions has not been computerized. This research was conducted with the aim of improving or upgrading extracurricular and achievement information systems that can carry out extracurricular registration online, record attendance, grades and extracurricular student achievement data and convey related competitions. The extracurricular and attendance information system at SMK Ma'arif 1 Yogyakarta uses the Research and Development (R&D) research method with the waterfall model, and for data collection techniques, namely using interviews, observation and literature studies. This information system is created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database server. The test method uses ISO 25010 functional suitability and usability testing. The results of system testing were carried out using functional suitability which said the system was running well without any errors and the usability test results obtained a percentage of 92.8%, it can be concluded that the extracurricular information system and achievements obtained a very feasible category to use.
