Abstract
Sistem informasi akademik merupakan sistem yang dikembangkan dengan tujuan pengelolaan data akademik dengan menerapkan teknologi komputer seperti mobile baik hardware dan software yang merupakan program komputer yang mengoperasikannya dan dapat merangkum seluruh proses kegiatan akademik menjadi informasi yang berguna bagi manajemen sekolah dan pengambil keputusan lingkungan pendidikan. Pada SMA PGRI 1 Gombong, sekolah tersebut memiliki masalah dalam hal perekapan nilai dan juga pengelolaan data siswa. Masalah lainnya adalah guru mengurus banyak administrasi, sama halnya seperti rapor yang dibutuhkan secara cepat. Peng-inputan nilai siswa dilakukan dengan cara manual, dimana nilai tidak dapat dikelola secara cepat, efektif, dan sering terjadi duplikasi data. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan fitur e-raport pada sistem informasi akademik SMA PGRI 1 Gombong dan mengetahui hasil pengujian website sistem informasi akademik yang telah dibuat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model Waterfall dengan tahap analisa kebutuhan, desain perangkat lunak, pengkodean program (coding), pengujian program (testing program), dan pemeliharaan (maintenance). Pada tahap pengembangan fitur e-raport dibutuhkan beberapa tools yaitu Visual Code Studio, Figma, dan Phpmyadmin sebagai tools utama. Hasil produk yang dibuat berupa sebuah sistem informasi akademik berbasis web. Sistem ini telah layak digunakan setelah dilakukan serangkaian pengujian. Pengujian pertama oleh ahli sistem mendapat nilai 1 dimana sistem dianggap baik dan sudah sesuai dengan syarat fungsionalitas. Penilaian kedua dilakukan pengujian usability kepada 15 responden yang mendapat nilai rata-rata 83,42% atau dalam kategori sangat layak untuk digunakan. Sehingga dari segi kelayakan, sistem ini sangat layak digunakan sebagai pengolahan nilai, media informasi dalam kegiatan akademik. An academic information system is a system developed with the aim of managing academic data by applying computer technology such as mobile both hardware and software which is a computer program that operates it and can encapsulate the entire process of academic activity into useful information for school management and educational environment decision makers. At SMA PGRI 1 Gombong, the school has problems in terms of recording grades and also managing student data. Another problem is that teachers take care of a lot of administration, as well as reports that are needed quickly. Inputting student scores is done manually, where grades cannot be managed quickly and effectively, and data duplication often occurs. The purpose of this study is to develop the e-report feature on the academic information system for SMA PGRI 1 Gombong and to find out the results of testing the academic information system website that has been created. The research method used is the Waterfall model with the stages of needs analysis, software design, coding, program testing, and maintenance. At the development stage of the e-raport feature, several tools are needed, namely Visual Code Studio, Figma, and Phpmyadmin as the main tools. The resulting product is in the form of a web-based academic information system. This system is feasible to use after a series of tests. The first test by a system expert gets a value of 1 where the system is considered good and meets the functionality requirements. The second assessment was carried out by testing usability to 15 respondents who received an average score of 83.42% or in the very feasible category to use. So in terms of feasibility, this system is very feasible to use as value processing, information media in academic activities.
