Abstract

Keberhasilan pada suatu proyek tidak lepas dari serangkaian aktivitas yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan, supaya tujuan yang telah ditetapkan dapat tercapai. Dalam usaha menyelesaikan suatu proyek konstruksi diperlukan suatu teknik atau cara pengelolaan yang baik untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, produktivitas,dan kualitas kerja. Sehubungan dengan itu, maka perlu dilakukan tindakan pengawasan dan pengendalian di semua sektor, khususnya pengendalian waktu dan biaya. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk memahami konsep nilai hasil (Earned Value) sehingga dapat mengetahui seberapa besar kinerja yang dihasilkan dari sejumlah biaya yang telah dikeluarkan sesuai dengan rencana atau melebihinya. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Proyek Pembangunan SPAM KARTAMANTUL Tahap II di jalan Gondang, Padukuhan Pendekan, Sayegan, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai CV, SV, CPI, SPI, ETC, EAC, mengetahui estimasi biaya dan waktu total pekerjaan proyek serta untuk mengetahui keuntungan atau kerugian pada proyek. Penelitian ini menggunakan data dari periode ke-1 sampai dengan periode ke-17 dengan total durasi pekerjaan 20 periode. Hasil analisis menggunnakan Earned Value Metodh dari periode ke-1 sampaii dengan periode ke-17 diteukan nilai CV negatif pada periode ke-2 sebesar (-Rp. 734.875.296). Kemudian nilai SV tidak terdapat nilai negative dengan nilai terendah terdapat pada periode ke-5 sebesar Rp. 1.197.595.380. Untuk nilai CPI ditemukan angka dibawah <1 pada periode ke-2 yakni 0,96. Dan nilai SPI tidak terdapat angka <1. Setalah itu estimasi biaya penyelesaian proyek sebesar Rp. 138.914.191.984 dan estimasi waktu pekerjaan selama 19,97 bulan. Dengan total keuntungan proyek sebesar Rp. 19.497.895.288 Kata kunci : biaya, waktu, earned value The success of a project cannot be separated from a series of activities that include the planning, implementation and monitoring stages, so that the goals that have been set can be achieved. In an effort to complete a construction project, a good technique or management method is needed to improve efficiency, productivity, and work quality. In this regard, it is necessary to carry out supervisory and control measures in all sectors, particularly time and cost control. Therefore, it is important to understand the concept of earned value so that you can find out how much performance is generated from a number of costs that have been incurred in accordance with the plan or exceeding it. The object of this research is the KARTAMANTUL SPAM Development Project Phase II on Gondang Street, Padukuhan Shortan, Sayegan, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Which aims to determine the value of CV, SV, CPI, SPI, ETC, EAC, knowing the estimated cost and time of the total project work and to find out the advantages or disadvantages of the project. This study uses data from the 1st period to the 17th period with a total work duration of 20 periods. The results of the analysis using the Earned Value Method from the 1st period to the 17th period found a negative CV value in the 2nd period of (-Rp. 734,875,296). Then the SV value has no negative value with the lowest value in the 5th period of Rp. 1,197,595,380. For the CPI value found numbers below <1 in the 2nd period, namely 0.96. And the SPI value does not have a number <1. After that, the estimated cost of completing the project is Rp. 138,914,191,984 and the estimated working time is 19,97 months.
