Abstract
Pembangunan di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta semakin meningkat. Pembangunan gedung yang beragam dan kompleks menuntut aspek keselamatan dan rasa aman terhadap bangunan gedung dan lingkungannya. Salah satu aspek keselamatan yang penting dari sebuah bangunan gedung adalah keselamatan dari bahaya kebakaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem proteksi aktif di Gedung IGD RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul, untuk mengetahui tingkat keandalan sistem keselamatan bangunan terhadap bahaya kebakaran di Gedung IGD RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul dengan mengevaluasi penerapan sistem proteksi kebakaran berdasarkan peraturan yang berlaku. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif sehingga metode ini dilakukan dengan mendatangi langsung lokasi penelitian dan melakukan pengamatan menyeluruh agar dapat menyajikan gambaran lengkap mengenai kondisi gedung. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Software Microsoft Word dan AutoCad untuk menganalisis data penelitian. Data yang digunakan untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem proteksi aktif terhadap bahaya kebakaran dan metode deskriptif–kuantitatif, untuk mengetahui nilai keandalan sistem keselamatan bangunan terhadap bahaya kebakaran dengan obyek penelitian di Gedung IGD RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan pada penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Penerapan peraturan sistem proteksi aktif di Gedung IGD RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul menghasilkan jumlah rata–rata sebesar 4,553 dalam skala likert. Hal ini menunjukkan sistem proteksi aktif di Gedung IGD RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul sangat sesuai dengan peraturan. (2) Hasil perhitungan penilaian komponen utilitas di Gedung IGD RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul menghasilkan Nilai Keandalan Sistem Keselamatan Bangunan (NKSKB) sistem proteksi aktif sebesar 23,88 % dari nilai maksimal 24 % hal ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai keandalan bangunan baik dan sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. The construction of various and complex buildings demands safety and security aspects for buildings and their environment. One of the most important safety aspects of a building is fire safety. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of an active protection system in the ER building of Panembahan Senopati Hospital Bantul, to determine the level of reliability of the building safety system against fire hazards in the ER building of Panembahan Senopati Hospital Bantul by evaluating the application of a fire protection system based on applicable regulations. This research method is descriptive qualitative so that this method is carried out by going directly to the research site and conducting thorough observations in order to present a complete picture of the condition of the building. In this study, Microsoft Word and AutoCad software were used to analyze research data. The data used to determine the application of an active protection system against fire hazards and descriptive-quantitative methods, to determine the value of the reliability of the building safety system against fire hazards with the object of research in the IGD building of Panembahan Senopati Hospital Bantul. Based on the results of the analysis and calculations that have been carried out in this study, the following conclusions were obtained: (1) The application of active protection system regulations in the IGD building of Panembahan Senopati Hospital Bantul resulted in an average number of 4,553 on a Likert scale. This shows that the active protection system in the IGD building of the Panembahan Senopati Hospital Bantul is very in accordance with the regulations. (2) The results of the calculation of the utility component assessment in the ER building of Panembahan Senopati Hospital Bantul produce a Building Safety System Reliability Value (NKSKB) of an active protection system of 23.88% from a maximum value of 24%, this indicates that the reliability value of the building is good and in accordance with applicable regulations apply.
