Abstract

Angkutan perkotaan Trans Jogja merupakan sebuah sistem transportasi umum dikawasan perkotaan Yogyakarta, yang mendukung kelancaran dalam sarana transportasi darat guna menunjang perkembangan dan kemajuan diwilayah Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada rute 2A untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kinerja angkutan bus Trans Jogja dengan menggunakan Indikator Kinerja Angkutan Umum Menurut Departemen Perhubungan Darat Tahun 1996 dan Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor 10 Tahun 2012. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan melakukan observasi dan mengumpulkan data primer seperti jumlah penumpang, waktu antara (headway), jarak jalan kaki ke shelter, jumlah pergantian moda, waktu tempuh, kecepatan perjalanan bus, aspek keamanan, aspek keselamatan, aspek kesetaraan, data sekunder seperti peta jalur bus Trans Jogja Rute 2A, penjadwalan bus trans jogja, kapasitas bus. Data yang dikumpulkan, dianalisis menggunakan Microsoft excel kemudian hasil analisis dibandingkan dengan Indikator Kinerja Angkutan Umum Menurut Departemen Perhubungan Darat Tahun 1996 dan Peraturan Menteri Nomor 10 Tahun 2012. Dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh mengenai Evaluasi Kinerja Bus Trans Jogja di rute 2A ada tiga yang memenuhi dari enam Indikator Kinerja Angkutan Umum Menurut Departemen Perhubungan Darat Tahun 1996 yaitu waktu tunggu penumpang, jarak jalan kaki ke shelter, dan jumlah pergantian moda. Sedangkan Berdasarkan Penilaian akhir Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan No 10 Tahun 2012 untuk evaluasi kinerja bus Trans Jogja Rute 2A menurut Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan No 10 Tahun 2012 adalah sebesar 71,8 (skala 0 sampai 100). Hal ini menandakan bahwa tingkat kinerja dan pelayanan sistem transportasi bus Trans Jogja rute 2A memenuhi standar. This study began by observing and collecting primary data such as the number of passengers, time between (headway), walking distance to the shelter, number of mode changes, travel time, bus travel speed, security aspects, safety aspects, equality aspects, secondary data such as Trans Jogja bus route map Route 2A, Trans Jogja bus scheduling, bus capacity . The data collected was analyzed using Microsoft excel and then the results of the analysis were compared with the Performance Indicators of Public Transportation According to the Ministry of Land Transportation in 1996 and Ministerial Regulation Number 10 of 2012. From the results of research obtained regarding the Performance Evaluation of the Trans Jogja Bus on route 2A there were three that met the The six Public Transport Performance Indicators According to the Ministry of Land Transportation in 1996 include passenger waiting time, walking distance to shelters, and number of mode changes. Meanwhile, based on the final assessment of the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation No. 10 of 2012 for the performance evaluation of the Trans Jogja Bus Route 2A according to the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation No. 10 of 2012 is 71.8 (scale 0 to 100). This indicates that the level of performance and service of the Trans Jogja bus transportation system route 2A meets the standards.
