Abstract
Perencanaan Struktur Atas Jembatan Busur Tipe (A Half Through Arch Bridge) dengan menggunakan material beton bertulang yang bertujuan membuat struktur ketahanan yang tinggi terhadap cuaca, gempa bumi dan bisa memiliki rencana masa layak yang cukup lama, dengan kontruksi yang kuat aman dan lendutan yang kecil. Analisis struktur menggunakan software SAP2000 V.14, direncanankan dengan bentang 60 meter dan lebar total jembatan 7 meter untuk lebar lalu lintas adalah 6 meter dengan lebar trotoar 50 cm. Perencanaan dimensi pada jembatan busur pada diafragma 500x700 mm, Gelagar induk 500x700 mm, Gelagar tengah 400x600, Bracing 400x600, Hanger 700x700 mm dan Pelengkung beton berukuran 700x900 mm. Perhitungan pembebanan mengacu pada SNI 1725-2016 dan perancangan jembatan terhadap beban gempa menggunakan peraturan SNI 2833-2016. Dalam Perencanaan material jembatan kuat tekan beton fc’ 25 MPa dan tegangan leleh baja fy 420 MPa. Pada Bracing digunakan tulangan tarik 3D22,desak 3D22, susut 4D13, Sengkang P12-125. Pada Diafragma digunakan tulangn tarik 12D25, desak 12D25, susut 4D 13, Sengkang P12-125. Gelagar Induk digunakan tulangan tarik 10D22, desak 10D22, susut 4D13, Sengkang P12–125. Gelagar Tengah digunakan tulangan tarik 10D22, desak 10D22, susut 4D13, Sengkang P12-125. Pada Hanger digunakan tulangn lentur 20D25, dan Sengkang P12-100. Pelengkung di gunakan tulangan lentur 24D25 dan sengkang P12-100. Nilai lendutan yang diperoleh 0,02643 m dan telah memenuhi syarat karena lebih kecil dari lendutan izin 0,25 m. Kata kunci: Jembatan Busur, Perencanaan, Perhitungan. Design of the Upper Structure of the Arc Type Bridge (A Half Through Arch Bridge) using reinforced concrete material which aims to make the structure high resistance to weather, earthquakes and can have a long feasible plan, with a strong safe construction and small deflection. Structural analysis using SAP2000 V.14 software, planned with a span of 60 meters and a total bridge width of 7 meters for the traffic width is 6 meters with a sidewalk width of 50 cm. Dimension planning on arc bridge on diaphragm 500x700 mm, Main girder 500x700 mm, Center girder 400x600, Bracing 400x600, 700x700 mm Hanger and 700x900 mm concrete arch. Calculation of loading refers to SNI 1725-2016 and design of bridges against earthquake loads using SNI 2833-2016 regulations. In the design of the bridge material, the compressive strength of concrete fc' 25 MPa and yield stress of steel fy 420 MPa. In Bracing, 3D22 tensile reinforcement is used, push 3D22, shrinkage 4D13, stirrup P12-125. In the diaphragm used tensile reinforcement 12D25, push 12D25, shrinkage 4D 13, stirrup P12-125. Main girder used 10D22 tensile reinforcement, pressing 10D22, shrinkage 4D13, stirrup P12–125. Middle girder used 10D22 tensile reinforcement, pressing 10D22, shrinkage 4D13, stirrup P12-125. The hanger uses 20D25 flexible bone, and P12-100 stirrups. The bend is used 24D25 flexural reinforcement and P12-100 stirrups. The deflection value obtained is 0.02643 m and has fulfilled the requirements because it is smaller than the allowable deflection 0.25 m. Keywords: Arc Bridge, Planning, Calculation
