Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF A WEB-BASED OUTPATIENT MEDICAL RECORDS INFORMATION SYSTEM WITH TESTING USING THE USER ACCEPTANCE TEST METHOD Fariz Ikhsan Aditya Risman 1, Rodhiyah Mardhiyyah 2 Information Systems, Faculty of Science & Technology Computer Engineering, Faculty of Science & Technology University of TechnologyJl Yogykarta. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : fariz.ikhsan@student.uty.ac.id, rodhiyah@staff.uty.ac.id ABSTRACT The use of information technology in the world of health, namely the use of a digitalized medical record information system, can help and complete work in managing and providing information. Mitra Medika Batang Hari Hospital still uses conventional tools/systems such as medical record trolleys, paper and medical record folders. This gives rise to problems at Mitra Medika Batang Hari Hospital, including difficulties for registration staff in distributing an average of 80-70 medical record data per day because they use a medical record trolley and difficulties for doctors in finding specific diagnoses because of piles of medical record paper in the room. in the folder. This research aims to implement a web-based outpatient medical record information system and it is hoped that it can solve the problems experienced by the agency. This research involves several stages, starting from identifying problems, data collection, literature study, analysis, design, implementation, to testing. User acceptance testing tests several aspects, namely convenience, speed and business needs. The overall test score results from registration staff were 100%, nurses 100%, and doctors 95.71%. The conclusion from the user acceptance test is that a web-based medical record information system can help the difficulties of registration staff and doctors based on the overall test score.
