Abstract
Practices and policies in the field of human resource management are important factors in achieving organizational success. GHRM or Green Human Resource Management is the whole of the Human Resource Management process that brings awareness to every employee regarding environmentally friendly behavior in the workplace which includes recruiting, training, rewarding and developing a workforce that understands and appreciates environmentally friendly practices, values and initiatives. . This study aims to analyze the practice of green human resource management in employee recruitment and training. The method used in writing this article is a literature review. The results of the study show that green resource management can produce individuals who are able to support behavior that cares about the environment because from the management of green resources, individuals will form behaviors that are concerned with preserving nature without destroying the ecosystem. Green recruitment and training increases workers' ability to identify environmental problems, have extensive knowledge of difficult problems faced by the environment.
