Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui kondisi genangan akibat luapan banjir yang terjadi melalui simulasi yang dibuat dengan program HEC-RAS 6.0.2 Manfaat penelitian ini dapat mengetahui debit maksimum yang dihasilkan debit rancangan, mengetahui titik luapan sungai Cipunagara akibat debit banjir. Dalam menghitung debit banjir sungai Pemali berbagai periode kala ulang digunakan metode HSS Snyder terhadap data curah hujan yang diambil dari stasiun Cibereum, Bojong soang, Cidurian tahun 2011-2021. Hasil dari simulasi debit banjir dengan kala ulang 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, dan 100 tahun, menunjukan bahwa secara garis besar tinggi muka air sungai telah melewati batas bank line sungai mulai dari Cross Section 1 – Cross Section 35. Rata-rata genangan akibat luapan yang di dapat ialah 3,285 m di kala ulang 2 tahun, 3,285 m di kala ulang 5 tahun, 5,231 m di kala ulang 10 tahun, 6,669 m di kala ulang 25 tahun, 8,640 m di kala ulang 50 tahun, dan 10,242 m di kala ulang 100 tahun. Dan dampak yang terjadi. Dampak genangan akibat luapan paling parah berada di kecamatan Pamanukan yang mengalami banjir setinggi 2,509 m dikala ulang 2 tahun, 2,69 m dikala ulang 5 tahun, 2,616 m dikala ulang 10 tahun, 2,809 m dikala ulang 25 tahun, 3,099 m dikala ulang 50 tahun, dan 3,241 m dikala ulang 100 tahun. This study aims to determine the inundation conditions due to flood overflow that occurs through a simulation made with the HEC-RAS 6.0.2 program. The benefits of this research are to determine the maximum discharge resulting from the design discharge, to determine the overflow point of the Cipunagara river due to flood discharge. In calculating the flood discharge of the Pemali river for various return periods, the HSS Snyder method was used for rainfall data taken from the Cibereum station, Bojong soang, Cidurian in 2011-2021. The results of flood discharge simulations with return periods of 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, and 100 years, show that in general the river water level has crossed the river bank line starting from Cross Section 1 – Cross Section 35. Average inundation resulting from the overflow obtained is 3.285 m in the 2 year return period, 3.285 m in the 5 year return period, 5.231 m in the 10 year return period, 6.669 m in the 25 year return period, 8.640 m in the 50 year return period, and 10.242 m in the 100 year anniversary. The most severe impact of inundation due to overflow was in Pamanukan sub-district which experienced flooding as high as 2.509 m in 2 year return period, 2.69 m in 5 year return period, 2.616 m in 10 year return period, 2.809 m in 25 year return period, 3.099 m in the 50 year return period, and 3.241 m in the 100 year return period.
