Abstract
Masa modern adalah masa dimana manusia dibumi semakin mengerti kemajuan teknologi, salah satunya dalam bidang transportasi. Transportasi sendiri sudah menjadi hal utama dan terpenting dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Aktivitas dan perekonomian masyarakat juga banyak yang tergantung dengan transportasi. Sedangkan, transportasi sendiri adalah usaha untuk memindahkan manusia, barang dan jasa dari suatu tempat ketempat yang lain. Proses perpindahan tersebut dapat melalui jalur darat, jalur udara, dan jalur air, begitu pula dengan angkutan barang. Masyarakat sendiri lebih cenderung memilih alat transportasi yang menurutnya lebih cepat atau paling efisien. Dengan adanya Kereta Api Bandara di harapkan dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Ditambah lagi, aksesibilitas bagi masyarakat akan semakin mudah dan lebih ramah lingkungan. Salah satu pemicu keberhasilan pembangunan ekonomi masyarakat yaitu keberhasilan dalam bidang transportasi yang dapat memudahkan pergerakan atau mobilisasi yang tinggi. Dengan mobilisasi yang tinggi fungsi keberadaan seseorang atau nilai kegunaan suatu barang akan meningkat baik dari segi ruang atau dari segi waktu. Dalam pelaksanaan penelitian membutuhkan data yang layak untuk kemudian dipergunakan di analisis. Tidak hanya data tertulis, informasi-informasi mengenai penelitian akan memudahkan analisis yang tepat. Data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas dua jenis yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. KAI DAOP 6 Yogyakarta dan PT. Railink. Informan ini menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling yaitu pemilihan informan yang dilakukan dengan sengaja dan Teknik stated preference (SP) yang dilakukan dengan metode dasar yaitu kuesioner. Pengumpulan data awal mulai dilaksanakan pada 01 April 2022 sampai 30 April 2022. Teknik pengumpuan data yang dilakukan oleh peneliti ialah menggunakan 2 metode yaitu observasi di lapangan, dan kuesioner. Berdasarkan analisis perhitungan CSI menunjukan kepuasan layanan terhadap konsumen tergolong dalam kategori PUAS. kecepatan kereta api Bandara YIA tidak melebihi batas kecepatan yang telah ditetapkan, ketepatan kedatangan kereta api juga tergolong sangat baik terbukti dengan waktu perjalanan tercatat lebih cepat dari waktu rencana. Ada pula hasil analisis perhitungan Load Factor yang menunjukan bahwa jumlah penumpang tidak melebihi jumlah tempat duduk yang disediakan sehingga tidak menyebabkan penumpang berdiri selama perjalanan.Tingkat kepuasan layanan terhadap konsumen dari hasil analisis menunjukan nilai CSI sebesar 74,02. Untuk nilai CSI tersebut tergolong dalam kategori PUAS. Sesuai dengan hasil analisis didapatkan nilai kecepatan Tugu – Wates adalah 43,1 km/jam dan untuk Wates – Kulon Progo 18,5 km/jam. Ketepatan waktu Kereta Api Bandara Yogyakarta International Airport tergolong sangat baik karena, lama perjalanan dari Stasiun Tugu menuju Bandara YIA direncakan selama 39 menit sedangkan dari hasil survey tercatat selama 37 menit 48 detik. Berdasarkan perhitungan maka waktu perjalanan terealisasi lebih cepat 1 menit 12 detik. Transportation itself has become the main and most important thing in people's lives. Many people's activities and the economy depend on transportation. Meanwhile, transportation itself is an attempt to move people, goods and services from one place to another. The transfer process can be done by land, air and water routes, as well as goods transportation. The community itself tends to choose the means of transportation which according to them are faster or most efficient. With the airport train, it is expected to increase economic growth. In addition, accessibility for the community will be easier and more environmentally friendly. One of the triggers for the success of community economic development is success in the field of transportation which can facilitate movement or high mobilization. With high mobilization, the function of a person's existence or the use value of an item will increase both in terms of space and in terms of time. In carrying out the research requires proper data to then be used in the analysis. Not only written data, information about research will facilitate proper analysis. The data used in this study consists of two types, namely primary data and secondary data. This research was conducted at PT. KAI DAOP 6 Yogyakarta and PT. Railink. This informant used a purposive sampling technique which was a deliberate selection of informants and a stated preference (SP) technique which was carried out using the basic method of a questionnaire. The initial data collection began on 1 April 2022 until 30 April 2022. The data collection technique carried out by researchers used 2 methods which were field observations and questionnaires. Based on the analysis of CSI calculations, it shows that customer service satisfaction is classified as satisfied. the speed of the YIA train does not exceed the set speed limit, the accuracy of the arrival of the train is also very good, as evidenced by the recorded travel time being faster than the planned time. There is also the result of the analysis of the Load Factor calculation which shows that the number of passengers does not exceed the number of seats provided so that it does not cause passengers to stand up during the trip. The level of customer service satisfaction from the analysis results shows a CSI value of 74.02. For the value of CSI is classified in the category of satisfied. According to the results of the analysis, the speed value for Tugu – Wates is 43.1 km/hour and for Wates – Kulon Progo it is 18.5 km/hour. The punctuality of the Yogyakarta International Airport Train is classified as very good because the journey time from Tugu Station to YIA is planned to be 39 minutes, while the survey results recorded 37 minutes 48 seconds. Based on the calculation, the realized travel time is 1 minute 12 seconds faster. Keywords: Performance, Operations, Airport Train
