Abstract
In order to create good governance, local governments must have good financial performance. The purpose of this final assignment report is to determine the financial performance of the Gunungkidul Regency Trade Service for the 2021-2023 period. The data processed comes from secondary data taken using documentation techniques, namely documentation of budget realization reports. Analysis of this budget realization report uses ratio analysis, namely effectiveness, efficiency and economy as the basis for assessing financial performance. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, it is known that the effectiveness analysis shows that the criteria are very effective because it achieves the predetermined income budget. The efficiency analysis shows that the criteria are inefficient because of the large amount of employee expenditure. Meanwhile, the economic analysis shows that the criteria are less economical because the costs for spending are too much.
