Abstract
This research focuses on the application of Standard Operating Procedures in the implementation of Construction Tenders implemented by the Yogyakarta City Regional Secretariat based on Presidential Regulation Number 12 of 2021 concerning Procurement of Government Goods and Services. Standard Operating Procedures are standards used to encourage and mobilize a group to achieve organizational goals. The system used is LPSE, namely the Electronic Procurement Service which is used to procure goods and services through providers or self-management. The research results show that the Standard Operational Procedures that run in the Procurement of Goods and Services section for Implementing Construction Tenders in the Yogyakarta City Government are in accordance with the basic principles of Procurement of Goods and Services in accordance with applicable theories and regulations.
