Abstract

This final assignment report focuses on Analysis of the Revenue and Expenditure Budget at the Yogyakarta Special Region Industry and Trade Service. This research aims to determine the analysis of the income and expenditure budget at the Yogyakarta Special Region Industry and Trade Service. To understand the analysis well, you can use the actual budget data for the year that will be used. There are 6 ratios that can be used to analyze such as effectiveness ratio, efficiency ratio, compatibility ratio, independence ratio, growth ratio, spending variance ratio. In analyzing the data using the PAD effectiveness ratio, the resulting average is very effective. In analyzing the data using the resulting expenditure efficiency ratio, the average is efficient. In analyzing the data using the shopping compatibility ratio, the resulting average is not harmonious. In analyzing the data using the independence ratio, the resulting average criterion is high. In analyzing the data using the growth ratio criteria the resulting average increases. In analyzing the data using the shopping variance ratio, the resulting average is good. Based on this ratio analysis, the Yogyakarta Special Region Industry and Trade Service can continue to carry out proper supervision and control.
