Abstract
This study aims to find out the sales system and procedures at PT Borobudur Kencana Mulia Yamaha Deta Jogja. Overall, the procedures implemented were good, but there were several weaknesses which, if corrected, would be more effective and efficient. The problems examined in this research are 1) what are the sales systems and procedures at PT Borobudur Kencana Mulia Yamaha Deta Jogja. 2) how to implement the motor vehicle sales system and procedures at PT Borobudur Kencana Mulia Yamaha Deta Jogja. 3) how to evaluate sales systems and procedures. Through the results of this research, companies can consider the suggestions given by researchers to improve existing sales systems and procedures to make them better. The researcher suggested that the unit admin store the service book which was originally kept by the unit admin and change it to the warehouse section and also archive the SPK which was previously archived in the unit admin section and change it to the salesman as a consideration for their performance.
