Abstract

This analysis aims to find out how the fixed asset procurement process is in the Department of Industry and Trade of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The fixed asset procurement system or process must of course have guidelines and principles in procurement. In accordance with applicable regulations, the principles of procurement of fixed assets are efficient, effective, transparent, open, competitive, fair and accountable. Minister of Home Affairs Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 19 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for Management of Regional Property, Presidential Regulation Number 12 of 2021 concerning Procurement of Government Goods/Services is the main guideline for carrying out fixed asset procurement activities at the Yogyakarta Special Region Industry and Trade Service. to analyze whether the procurement of fixed assets at the Yogyakarta Special Region Industry and Trade Service is in accordance with applicable regulations. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The results of the analysis show that the Department of Industry and Trade of the Special Region of Yogyakarta is guided by the applicable regulations and is in accordance with Presidential Regulation Number 12 of 2021 concerning Procurement of Government Goods/Services, only that regular socialization needs to be held for administrators so that they continue to follow the regulations and guidelines. applies.
