Abstract

The Budget Realization Report (LRA) prepared by the regional government can be used as a measuring tool for regional financial performance, so that readers can analyze financial performance in the form of income and expenditure analysis. Regional government financial performance is the ability of a government to manage its finances with the aim of improving regional government performance. In this case, the analysis used is expenditure growth ratio analysis and capital and operational expenditure harmony ratio analysis. This performance analysis is used to assess whether the DIY Industry and Trade Department's spending growth has experienced positive or negative growth, as well as what the DIY Industry and Trade Department's priorities are in allocating its funds. From the budget realization data for 2018 to 2022, negative growth occurred in 2020, and the DIY Industry and Trade Department generally experienced positive growth with an average of 40%. Harmony ratio analysis in the 2018 to 2022 budget year, most of it is allocated to operational spending, amounting to 94.9% or priority spending, and 5.1% is allocated to capital spending.
