Abstract

ABSTRACT Harapan Jaya Farmers Group is one of the oil palm plantation farmer groups in Subah sub-district, Sambas district, West Kalimantan. The Harapan Jaya Farmers Group has a vision to promote and develop fertile agriculture. However, the Harapan Jaya Farmers Group still manages members' salaries using a conventional system where the treasurer, secretary and chairman must carry out calculations and collect data in the same place. The management of the Harapan Jaya Farmers Group needs a new innovation to manage member salaries. This aims to make the management process for managing member salaries more efficient and reduce the occurrence of data redundancies. Therefore, the solution provided by researchers is to change the manual system method to Mobile Web technology. The stages of this research begin with collecting data in the Harapan Jaya Farmers Group, then designing a system and in the final stage implementing the system. In the group management system, you can add employee data, position, group, location, salary components along with uploading Qr Code files. Meanwhile, employees can make attendance, check salaries and print pay slips, apart from that, they can also complain if the salary is deemed inappropriate. This design uses DBMS (Database Management System) MySql and a server package in the form of Xampp. With the existence of a salary management system for members of the Harapan Jaya Farmers Group, researchers succeeded in creating a system that is able to complete salary calculations and manage member or employee data. Note that the calculation of net results is still done manually at the fruit weighing location or TPH (Results Collection Place).
