Abstract

ABSTRACT Banaran Village office employees carry out attendance using a manual method by filling in names in the attendance book and scanning fingerprints in the office, making it difficult for employees to carry out outgoing duties because they have to go to the office first and fingerprint scanners often make errors if the scanner is dirty. Creating a Presence Application using a Mobile-based QR Code Scan Method can help employees in taking attendance. Apart from that, the application can be accessed easily using a smartphone. The aim of this research is to minimize the occurrence of errors and provide easy access to attendance services. This application was built using the Dart and Flutter programming languages as a framework with Android Studio software. This research produces an application with the main features, namely attendance of office employees which can be done within certain area restrictions, attendance for employees who are out on duty, and features for applying for leave and permits. This application can also create attendance recaps which can be exported in pdf form. Keywords: Presence, Employees, QR Code, Mobile Application, Android Studio
