Abstract

ABSTRACT The Bani Usman Manunggal Foundation is an educational foundation that oversees kindergarten, junior high and vocational schools. Data collection on employee attendance is still done in writing, this is only done by teaching staff who carry out attendance every class teaching hour. However, apart from teaching staff, there is no attendance data collection that should be carried out by an employee in an agency. In the employee performance appraisal process, employee presence is used in the performance appraisal criteria. The attendance system that is currently running cannot be used to fulfill one of the performance assessment criteria because attendance is not carried out by all employees. By utilizing Web Service technology, there is a web-based application that will be used by the admin to manage attendance, then employees can take attendance via the Android mobile application. The process of validating device location using coordinate points and real-time employee photos is used in the employee attendance and return process. So that by implementing this attendance system, it will be possible to overcome all forms of potential inaccurate written attendance data in the employee attendance process of the Bani Usman Manunggal Foundation. Keywords: Employee Presence, Responsive Web, Web Service, Laravel, Android.
