Abstract

ABSTRACT An Employee Attendance System Using Facial Recognition and Geolocation is a solution to overcome the manual recording of attendance data in various organizations. In its implementation at CV Lima Utama, this application makes it easy to monitor employee attendance and performance. Through facial recognition and geolocation technology, leaders can efficiently manage employee activities and contribute positively to human resource management. Although the facial match test results show a match rate of 80%, it was found that wearing glasses can affect the accuracy of facial recognition. Therefore, special attention is required to optimize the system to improve the overall facial recognition performance. Implementation of this system is expected to provide significant benefits, including more accurate, efficient and well-documented attendance recording in the context of human resource management.
