Abstract

ABSTRACT Health services have an important role for society. One of them, the Bruno Community Health Center, is a first-level health service facility and individual care for local residents. However, many villages are far from the Bruno health center and the lack of four-wheeled vehicles in the area is an obstacle for the community when an emergency occurs that threatens someone's life, such as an accident or recurrence of a serious illness such as heart disease. So a web-based and mobile application for emergency services at the Bruno Community Health Center was proposed. The aim is to make it easier for people to use health services and order ambulances easily and quickly with the emergency ordering features and consultation services in the application. The impact if this application is not created is that many people will have difficulty accessing health centers or ordering ambulance services. This research uses observation and interview methods which focus on ambulance reservations and the current system. This application was successfully created using the Java programming language and built using a MySql database which was then tested using Black Box testing.
