Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to develop an Android-based student service system at the Walisongo Menes Vocational School, Menes Pandeglang, Banten as a means of receiving and responding to student complaints. The focus of this research is to improve the quality of school services at Walisongo Menes Pandeglang Banten Vocational School by providing a forum for students to convey their complaints and aspirations. The research method used is system development using the Waterfall Method. The analysis stage involves creating Entity Relationship Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Flowmaps to design the structure and functionality of the system. System implementation uses the Codeigniter 3 Framework, Android Studio, Kotlin, PHP, REST API, and MySQL. The research results show that this Android-based student service system is able to make it easier for students and student affairs staff at Walisongo Menes Pandeglang Banten Vocational School to resolve student complaints. With this system, it is hoped that the teaching and learning process at the Walisongo Menes Pandeglang Banten Vocational School can run more effectively and efficiently. This research contributes to the development of technology in the field of student services. It is hoped that this system can be implemented at the Walisongo Menes Pandeglang Banten Vocational School to increase interaction between students and school service providers, as well as provide better improvements according to student needs.
