Abstract

ABSTRACT In the midst of the rapid development of science and technology, many bus tickets are still ordered manually, this method is less effective and efficient. In general, the procedure used when you want to buy a bus ticket is to come directly to the counter at the terminal or to the nearest agent. The problem that often occurs is that passengers often run out of tickets when they arrive at the counter due to lack of information about the departure schedule. Therefore, this research raises problems regarding the bus ticket ordering system which is still done manually. The aim is to build an online-based ticket ordering information system. With this bus ticket ordering information system, it is hoped that it can resolve the problems that occur and can increase effectiveness and efficiency so that the service is better than the existing system.
