Abstract

ABSTRACT Arkan Barbershop is a barbershop located in the Wangon area, Banyumas Regency, Central Java. Arkan barbershop provides services such as haircuts, hair polish, and other hair treatments. Currently, Arkan barbershop still uses manual queues using numbers, resulting in a buildup of customers at certain times. Based on the problems that occurred, a mobile web-based barbershop reservation system application was designed. This application was built using REST API technology and the Laravel framework which is useful for processing data starting from reservation data, services, queues and prices at Arkan Barbershop. Meanwhile, the reservation system on a mobile basis was developed using Android Studio with a retrofit library to handle all customer needs related to data connections such as making data requests to the server. This application has a reservation feature where customers will input the desired service and time to make ordering easier and provide information about the services available at the barbershop and the price list for the services available.
