Abstract
ABSTRACT The rapid development of modern technology cannot be denied so that the use of computer devices has become a top priority in the world of work. AURES Computer is a computer shop that operates in the field of computer, laptop and other repair services, where in the current operational system the ordering process is still done manually, that is, customers have to come directly to the shop to carry out computer service transactions and there is a lack of information. that can be accepted by customers in computer service work. Therefore, a system is needed to make it easier for customers to carry out transactions, based on these problems it can be concluded that it is important to build an Android-based service ordering application using online ordering methods and also providing delivery services. It is hoped that this system will help make it easier for customers to service their computers without having to come to the shop directly and increase the quality of service at the AURES Computer shop.
