Abstract

ABSTRAK Grocery shops are businesses that are classified as MSMEs, which are traditional shops that sell materials needed by the community. MSMEs are an important pillar for the country's economic development. In its implementation, grocery stores have problems in financial management which create obstacles in their business. This research helps with this problem using the Apriori method to support money management in grocery store businesses. The Apriori method is an algorithm for measuring the frequency of itemset occurrence in data based on support and confidence values. By implementing the a priori method system on Android mobile using the help of Android Studio, Postman and Database software in building this system. This application improves financial management better with Apriori support to select transactions with the most confidence value in full in each payment transaction to handle financial problems as repayment recommendations, by providing information about the transaction history of customers who have a good payment history. The results of the Apriori method process can be used as data for consideration in making decisions about managing grocery store finances in the future for the purpose of making it easier for business owners to advance their business.
