Abstract

ABSTRACT Public interest in pets is currently increasing, making it necessary for pet clinics to provide maximum service. Pet Fams Animal Care is a service that operates in the pet sector. Providing information to customers at the Pet Fams Animal Care pet clinic is still not carried out effectively because they still use WhatsApp social media to find out information on available services. This research aims to make it easier for pet lovers and business owners to gain access and provide information on every existing service using mobile technology for customers and website admin for business owners in their operations. The method used to build this application system is data collection using observation, interviews and literature study. The result of this research is the creation of a service application that will be integrated with the Midtrans payment gateway service with the Pet Fams Animal Care clinic application so that it can be a solution for animal lovers and business owners, as an effort to create a more effective service.
