Abstract

ABSTRACT The cafe reservation process at Angkraaf Culture and Culinary currently still uses manual methods and can take quite a long time. Customers must contact the cafe directly by telephone or come to the cafe to make a reservation. This can cause customers to experience difficulty in contacting the cafe when it is busy or when the cafe is closed. There is a risk of errors or overlapping reservations. Cafe staff may experience errors in recording customer information or miss incoming reservations altogether. This can result in dissatisfied customers who arrive at the cafe and find that the table they expected is not available. To overcome problems with cafe reservations, the researcher's aim is to make it easier for customers to make reservations without having to come to the cafe and check the reservation data. The reservation system uses the Rapid Application Development method to develop the system. The website-based reservation application uses HTML, CSS, JavaScript and MySQL programming languages. With this cafe reservation system application, it makes it easier for customers to make cafe reservations without having to come to the place. Keywords: reservation, cafe, website, system
