Abstract

ABSTRACT The application of Information Technology has entered various fields and the benefits are starting to be felt. This has encouraged several information technology developers to develop existing processes in companies to utilize information technology. One area that utilizes this technology is companies in the hospital/clinic sector. Information technology is used in various sectors including hospital administration, clinic patient queues. In this research, the application of the use of information technology was carried out by creating an application regarding patient registration and queues. This application can help with the administration of the Jayanti clinic registration section so it is hoped that with this technology patients can be helped in terms of time when seeking treatment at the Mursidi Clinic. Because the system currently running is experiencing various obstacles and problems. The aim of this research is to implement a patient registration and queue application so that patients who want to seek treatment when they come to the clinic immediately get a queue number. This will have an impact on people's waiting time as well as in getting a queue number. This application was built with internet and mobile-based computer technology.
